Construction Remediation
If our certified, state licensed inspection reveals that your home
has been constructed with Chinese Drywall,
construction remediation is one option.
- Vacate the premises
- Remove all trim work: crown moldings, base moldings, door and window trim, cabinets, closet organizers
- Remove all drywall
- Dispose of tainted drywall
- Microclean after removal of all tainted drywall
- Replace any damaged mechanical systems: electrical wiring, electrical service panel, air conditioning a-coil
- Replace affected or damaged appliances
- Replace affected plumbing fixtures
- Replace insulation
- Install and finish new gypsum board (we use all American-made product)
- Prime and paint
- Reinstall all trim and amenities
- Clean and finish
- Move-in
